Looks Just Terrible

I don't know what it is about me, but whenever I cook, everything comes out the same-- brown slop. It's just terrible... my meals are pretty delicious, but honestly, they all look so unappealing... like shit in a pot kind of. Diarrhea actually.


So here's a picture of the something I made this afternoon. It's a something because I'm not sure what else to call it. Inside are garlic and onions, eggplant, green pepper, green squash, corn, broccoli, tomatoes from my garden and seasonings from my cabinet. So, the end product: tastes great, looks like crap.

Sigh. I love cooking... just wish the final product looked more attractive.
